These terms apply to everyone who uses paymetriclabs.com, including its salary benchmarks, contractor day rates, calculators, and articles. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, overload or disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use automated tools to copy the datasets wholesale.

You are welcome to quote individual figures, charts, or short passages in articles, reports, and presentations, provided you credit PayMetric Labs and link to the page you took them from. Republishing whole datasets, reselling them, or presenting them as your own requires our written permission.

Site content, data models, calculators, and branding belong to PayMetric Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Benchmark figures are estimates built from aggregated market sources, as explained on our Methodology page. They describe the market, not any individual's pay, and they are not a guarantee of what any employer will offer.

Take-home, tax, pension, and contractor calculators apply published rules for the tax year shown on each page, using simplifying assumptions that are stated alongside the results. Your own position may differ. Check important decisions with a qualified accountant, tax adviser, or the relevant tax authority.

We check figures against official sources and update them when rates change, but errors can occur. If you spot one, email hello@paymetriclabs.com and we will review and correct it as set out in our Editorial Policy.

The site is free to use and may be funded by advertising. Ads are served by third parties such as Google and are clearly separate from our editorial content. Advertisers have no influence over our data or articles.

We link to third-party resources such as tax authorities and official guidance. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PayMetric Labs is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may limit or suspend access where we identify abuse, a security risk, or legal non-compliance.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the PayMetric Labs operating entity, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
