Demand is stable and healthy. The strongest hiring is at SaaS and fintech companies that are growing their product engineering ratio. AI product management is a specific area of elevated demand: companies building AI-powered features need PMs who understand model limitations and can translate them into product decisions.
HubSpot, Intercom, and Stripe are the most active PM hirers in Dublin. Google, LinkedIn, and Adobe hire for their EMEA product functions. Among growth-stage companies, any SaaS business that has found product-market fit and is scaling is typically expanding its PM team.
Around 54% of active listings advertise hybrid working. Customer interviews, design sprints, and cross-functional alignment sessions are significantly more effective in person. Fully remote PM positions exist but are less common than for engineering roles.
Pricing and monetisation strategy expertise commands the highest premium at around 19%. API product management experience and SQL with data analysis skills follow. PMs who can design and run their own experiments rather than relying on data teams are consistently at the top of the pay range.
