How do I convert an hourly rate to an annual salary?
Multiply your hourly rate by the number of hours you work per week, then multiply that by the number of weeks you work per year. The standard full-time baseline is 40 hours a week for 52 weeks, which is 2,080 hours a year. At that baseline, a $20/hour rate equals $41,600 a year. This calculator does the same maths for any hourly rate, hours-per-week, and weeks-per-year combination.
