The strongest demand is for BAs with both domain expertise and technical literacy rather than those who focus purely on process documentation.
AIB and Bank of Ireland are among the largest internal employers of BAs in Ireland. Accenture, Capgemini, and Version 1 hire at volume for client delivery programmes. Zurich Insurance and Irish Life maintain large internal BA functions for regulatory and operational change programmes.
