Agile Coaches in Ireland earn between €75,000 and €130,000 depending on experience and seniority. Senior Agile Coaches with SAFe expertise coaching at enterprise level earn €100,000 to €130,000. Enterprise Agile Coaches leading transformation programmes at large organisations can earn above €130,000, particularly at major financial institutions or large multinationals in Dublin.
Most Agile Coaches hold at least one recognised certification: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) from Scrum Alliance.
